Phone line not repaired since storm

    Hello,

    During the recent Storm Ophelia our phone line was damaged. This has been reported but as yet there is no sign of anyone coming to repair it.

    My question however is to do with the bill, do I still have to pay for line rental when the line has been inactive during the entirety of the whole billing period?

    I'm sorry to hear that your service is still down, feel free to PM me your account details and name on the account and I'll check this for you. A credit can be issued to your account once the service has been restored.
