Does anyone know when buying a ticket for Kildare if I can use my Leap Card Communter Train Tax Saver to Sallins and just pay the difference then to Kildare or do I have to buy a full price ticket from Heuston to Kildare.

If you hold an annual/monthly taxsaver ticket for the Dublin SHZ and the train you are travelling on stops in Sallins, then yes

    Thanks.

The lad at the ticket desk let me get on one that was first stop Kildare and charged me just the Sallins fare.

With a tax saver card you just pay the difference between Sallins and kildare and can get any train.
With a normal leap card, you have to buy a ticket from hueston to kildare.
