My Showermate Eco S2.0 bar Single has stopped working a year after it was installed. It feeds my Triton T80. Are they known to be problematic? A plumber installed it so I don't have the receipt - doubt i'd be able to retrieve it from him either.

First port of call is the installer, if he is reputable and stands over his work he should be able to deal with his supplier for any warranty issues.
