Hi Could someone contact me regarding my account please? We recently moved house and the new account is with Electric Ireland. We were told that we would receive credit to our account but after receiving our first bill I don't see the credit. Thanks in advance

Just private message us the relevant Electric Ireland account number, stating that you are the account-holder and confirming your name, address and date of birth.
