Sink replacement part in Cork city center

This part of my sink is broken (attached the image).

1-) I don't know what it's called to be honest
2-) Where can I find it at Cork city?

It costs so cheap that I don't want to pay triple price for shipping and I don't know what is the diameter of mine and I don't have proper tool to measure it.

So I am looking for a shop to walk in, show the broken part on my hand and get a replacement.

Can anyone recommend a shop for this?

It's a diffuser. Hickeys on Oliver Plunkett street might have em

You'll pick one up in any decent diy store like b&q or MD o Shea's. Also in any builders providers.
International trading on tramore rd will have them too as will the plumb centre across from harvey Normans.
Should have change from a fiver, think I paid about €3/4 for one a few years ago.
