Reputable breeders have waiting lists for their pups sometimes from long before they are a twinkle in the sires eye. Reputable breeders also tend not to plan litters for the winter months. You will also need a pet passport to take a puppy back. Rabies vaccinations and have to wait the required time after the vaccination. It is not doable in a week. Are there no dogs in Boston?
