add screen-monitor to canon 1100d(T3)

    hi
    i started recording video on with my canon 1100d or T3 American model code and i would like to add a screen to it so i can monitor what is being recorded. can it be done

    Shame you didnt spend a few euros more for the 1200D(T3i in US parlance) that has a fold out LCD.

    Get yourself a miniHDMI to HDMI output and you can do what you'd like (Im pretty sure it works in Live View mode). If its static you can use a TV, for a mobile setup a mini monitor, hot shoe mount and battery is possible if a little more expensive.
