eir overcharging for 11 months

    I've just discovered that eir have been overcharging me for at least 11 months now, My base price should be €35 Inc vat but it's been coming out at €38.99 when the maths are done. Can I cancel my account without penalty as a result?

    Similar problems ourselves before. Suggest do not deal with people over the phone, suggest log a complaint electronically, wait the response and if unsatisfactory request a complaint reference number and escalate to comreg
