Can anyone recommend an accountant that they have used and found good that has experience doing accounts for doctors? Its for my wife who is a consultant and I am looking for someone who would have experience advising on the most tax efficient way of dealing with private income etc.

Probably your best bet is to talk to colleagues as to who they use.

I found mine through my book club.
