Cannot find planning permission docs of neighbour house

    One of my neighbours had a renovation done to their home years ago, and the planning docs are no longer available online. Is there any where that I can obtain these drawings? Interested in doing something similar with my house

    Depends on the Local Authority. Call the planning department with the Reg. Ref. and enquire.The file may well be stored off site in archives. You can usually request it to be called in, often for a small fee.
