    Guys purchased a house and have got planning for dormer conversion side and rear extension

    Just to be clear - do you need to comply with Part L of building regs ?

    I'm obviosuly doing everything to as high a standard within budget.

    Was planing under floor heating
    Gas Combi Boiler

    Tripple glaze
    Full reinulated

    But not sure that would comply ?

    For example - no renable source ?

    Yes you need to comply with part L, insulation, and air-tightness and glazing ratio calculation

    Not necessarily the renewable requirements that apply to new builds
