Professional floor tile cleaning services north Dublin

Hi folks, We have a dark brownish tile on all our downstairs floors. Was there before we moved in. We mop regularly enough but was wondering about a professional floor polish and seal and if there are companies that would do it and not cost the earth? I see a few on Google offering clean and seal services Thanks, Mick
