ugghhh have to get a suit for a wedding and dont wear and no intention of owning one (I have my wedding suit still).

Any options for rental in the South West Dublin area?

Why not wear your wedding suit?

Honestly, a rental might end up being more expensive than you think for a standard suit.

I was actually in Penneys today and if you're under a 44R there are some really nice suits available for less than 100. It's not going to a be suit that'll take a beating, being worn every 2nd day for work, but if you only need it for a wedding once every now and again, then it'll be grand. Their quality has really shot up of late, I always recommend them for inexpensive menswear.

If you're set on a rental I always recommend Tangos, in the city centre. I've had a few friends get kitted out with tuxes there (I actually bought from their ex-rental stock for my wedding), but they also do lounge suit rental I believe.

A rental will never fit you as well as a suit you own and get personally tailored to you, you'll look and feel a lot better- especially if you've pack on the pounds since your last suited outing. ;)

I was in the same boat a couple of weeks back. Last time I wore a suit was March 2016. Bought a nice 2 piece in Debenhams for 115. Similar price to a good rental. Got shoes and a belt in Dunnes for 40 quid. Would be worth the 150 quid for the 2/3 times a year you'd wear it imo
