Our insurance is up soon so we are shopping around. Spoke to a company today and there are looking for a list of claims over the past 10 years. We would have had 5-6 on our business insurance and a few on another policy. I can't remember the dates exactly and amounts that were paid out. What is the best way possible to find this information with out going to our current broker.

Your current broker is the only real option if you used him for the period involved. It is possible they used a variety of different providers for you during that time and it would be like untangling spaghetti if you were to do it yourself.

I wouldn't be concerned about your current broker knowing you are shopping around if that is the issue, it would be expected and will focus their attention in giving you a good quote
