    Hi Red Alert,

    Thanks for your post.

Can you please clarify what you mean by mortgage maker? Are you looking for a number to our Mortgage specialist team?

    Thanks,
    Sarah

Im a little surprised that the department name isn’t known...

They have a 1890 number which is 1890812350

1st Floor, New Century House, Mayor Street Lower, IFSC, Dublin 1 Eircode: D01K8N7

    Thanks Red Alert,

You can call 0766241728 as an alternative to this 1890 number.

http://www.moneyguideireland.com/new-0761-phone-numbers-to-reduce-phone-bills.html Be careful if calling from a mobile as this may be charged at similar rates to 1890 and is probably not included in your minutes.

Is there a geographic 01 (given that they're in Dublin) number?

The only workaround I have found is to ring up new applications and ask to be transferred.
