Hi had any one any personal recommendations for golden retriever breeders , I have a few enquiries out to a few members of the all ireland golden retriever club and just in case someone know of a reputable breeder with puppies planned or puppies available I would be grateful .

I did a search and I'm just hoping someone has more updated info ,
    Thanks

Have you contacted the breed club itself to get breeders names or did you contact breeders directly - it’s not clear in your post? How soon are you looking to get the pup?

yes I have contacted the breed club , and i have a few leads there , I'm just looking for people that might know breeders personally , I know andreac posted in another thread and put a few links to breeders that they knew personally and im just looking for an updated version of that .
I would like to have a puppy asap , we lost our golden about 3 months ago and we decided in the last few days that we are ready to begin the adventure again with a new puppy .

I have no help to offer but I wanted to say I remember you posting in the departed pets thread and how devastated you were. I'm delighted to hear you feel ready to open your heart's again to another pup. It was obvious from your posts how much you loved your last lad, so I'm sure when you find the right puppy , he'll be very very lucky. Also thank you for taking the time to find a repubtable breeder.

Lucy’s dad is a Woodmore retriever (Ringo Starr) and is just prefect - so relaxed and nothing fazes her. No issues health wise. If and when we get another retriever i’d want at least one parent from them and would be willing to wait!
