hi. my shower stopped giving out hot water so landlord bought new shower which didn't give hot water either. so the conclusion reached was that the pressure on the water wasn't strong enough.so the landlord went next door to a neighbour and turned the water pressure up via a tap in neighbours backyard . but when he did that, the neighbours pressure went down. so after all the years I discover that I'm on a shared water supply. so landlord said he would contact Irish water he did and they said they would get back to him . I'm wondering would he have to pay Irish water to get new pipe laid.
