Care housing,no small print?

    I've dug around their site and there is no terms and conditions or policy or small print to be read anywhere.

    All banks and companys that are regulated need to provide their small print online at least but these guys havent.

    My question is are they obliged to provide the terms of these agreements on line in full or do they not have too?

    Also side note, if anyone actually knows the terms and small print and where I can find it please let me know.
