One of the indicator lights only comes on faintly on 09 Toyota Auris Dashboard. Some times it works ok but mostly not.I removed the Dash and there are no bulbs just a printed circuit board.I wonder has anyone come across this problem and what is the solution.

If its not a bulb then the LED/SMD or whatever it is most likely on its way out. I don't think it should cause any problems with regard to the NCT so long as the actual indicators work as theyre supposed to.

I'd imagine the only way to fix it is to replace the speedo cluster but then you have the problem of mileage not matching etc Might be easier just to ignore it.

Update:Found a local lad who specialises in dashboard repairs and he replaced led.Slightly different shade of green but does the job.
