Wallis returns

    Hi, looking for advice on how best to proceed....

    I ordered a jacket in September from Wallis uk clothing online (along with two other items) , it got delivered. However the jacket didn’t fit me properly so I returned it via parcel motel at the end of september. No word from Wallis on receiving the return In October- I proceeded to contact parce motel who confirmed that it was delivered to Wallis on October the 6th!! Emailed customer services on the 11th and they replied on the 17th saying it takes up to 28days to receive items back into warehouse. No word or sign of my refund since (€105). Wondering who to contact next as Wallis aren’t very efficient in their customer service / refunds departments - consumer agency - here / in the UK?? As they clearly need to be directed to give me a refund!!

    I had this with wallis, emailed them a photo of parcel motel receipt for return, order details and had refund next day (this was after waiting 28 days)
