Have recently passed on the car to somebody, and want to sort out the official change of ownership. Unfortunately the registration document went missing when I moved house a while back.

I understand I need to get the form stamped by the Guards, that's fine. But is it possible to pay the 12 eur online rather than getting to the local Motor Tax Office?
