    Car in the OP would have had it's first NCT by now. So I suspect there aren't any issues with the placement of the required logos, once they are there?

    The plate pictured was on a taxi which made me think it would be subject to more scrutiny, but maybe not.

    It's only upside down. The county is displayed. Just very faintly on top of the registration number. Where you expecting it on the bottom, because the plate is upside down?
