    I cancelled my phone & received account today stating I am in CREDIT for  28.67e.  Will they send me a cheque for this amount. I wasnt paying DIRECT DEBIT.

    I had a similar issue to yours. One of the reps here has arranged a refund, should get it in about 60 days.

    This credit will be processed by cheque refund. The standard timeframe on this is up to 60 days. The customer care team on 1901will be able to check this is being processed for you.
