Meter top up not going on.

    Hi our meter ran out of credit today and our top up hasn't worked again. Again for the second time the top up hasn't gone onto our account. It took a few days the last time and again today not working, forcing us to use emergency credit. Please look into this and get it sorted. Account number

    We have limited access to the Pay As You Go system here in this department. We recommend calling our colleagues on 1850 372 372 as soon as possible and they will look into this for you.
