Transfer to German account

    Have a PTSB account and want to transfer money to someone whom I bought an eBay item from. I just need their Bic and Iban right?

    Technically you only need their IBAN.

    However, paying anyone on ebay with a bank transfer is a big red flag - check out their history and other listings carefully before parting with your cash, google the sellerid and check out any hits
