I understand this is the Home & Garden forum but I'm not sure where else to look in terms of planning uses on a building. I'm looking for the categories of use that come under 'commercial' developments, I've searched the net but seem to turn up empty. I've got a commercial building in my possession that is fit out for office & Retail but I have queries from parties about different uses and can't seem to answer their questions.
I have looked through the Planning and Development Regulations Act 2001-2015 but the only definition of different classes of use is pretty bare and unclear.
Any help on this appreciated!
