I just got off the phone to a reputable company that supply roller doors, after I reported that the lock on my door is broken. I was quoted a call-out fee of €190 + VAT. wtAf?

It's an open and free market. If that's too dear find a cheaper one. We all have our pricing set out and that's their price and they'll live or die by their pricing.
