if a Respondant fails to reply to an assesment of a claim after the 90 days and the Piab writes to you stating they are proceeding with the assesment of a claim you have been seen by their own doctors for the assesment of your claim what is the next procedure when they are requesting all out of pocket expenses and any other financial losses and they say they are required to asses my claim within 9 months from 12 /08/2017 does this mean that if there is a settlement it will either be from the Respondants insurance company and if they fail to reply to this procedure do the Piab give the go ahead for to take the Respondant to Court
