Anyone in possession the likes of a Harpsichord, spinet (both percussion instruments, early ancestors of the piano) Or ancestor of current day Wind Instruments? Or stringed instruments used with a fiddle like a Viola? I'd like to know just out of plain curiosity. Bonus points if you heard them played at any point. I watch…

I watch auditions played by Harpsichord on YouTube myself. Don't own any such musical instrument myself, nor know of anybody with such device.
