IP or AHD CCTV over CAT5e?

    Hi all

I'm looking at installing a CCTV system and was wondering which is recommended for a new install, AHD/Turbo or IP? It's for an office of a family business, approx 8 cameras. IP is coming up quite expensive at present, so I'm wondering if it's worth it. Installers I've spoken to said not to bother with IP, it's all in one bungalow and easily wired.

I was looking at Hikvision 2MP Turbo cameras.

We'll be running CAT5e there anyway.

Any advice or wisdom much appreciated!

    Thanks :)

Turbo is the way to go in this case, I do not like IP because there is not a constant stream from cameras when in live mode.
