As in your roof gutter? Is there a small pipe next to the gutter? If this is the source of the water, your storage tank is overflowing. Get the plumber back ASAP. In the meantime, flush the toilets a few times.

Hi Victor thanks for replying. Before I get him back would it have anything to do with the fact he connected the dishwasher and washing machine to a pump in my hot press. Thanks michelle

Go into your attic and check the ballcock in your water tank, see is it stuck or broken. either way if its the ballcock get it replaced.

Hill. Thanks for replying. Had a look earlier on. It's not the ballcock. Just at a loss now. Would it be to do the fact he connected the appliances to a pump in my hot press. Thanks

It shouldn't no. The pump should be emptying the tank not filling it. You need to call him back.

Is the tank filling up to. Overflow level. It's not clear from. Your post
