    Haven't a clue, but.

    5Ghz has a less range then 2Ghz.

    So, if you're in an area with lots of 2g Wi-Fi, and the distance you need to cover isn't too far, then 5Ghz will probably work fine.


    However, if you need to transmit over a longer distance, 2ghz will be better.
    Run a Wi-Fi analyzer on your phone, have a look at how many Wi-Fi sources are about.
    Also check your own Wi-Fi signal, and how that spreads around your home ( in both 2 &5Ghz)

    I'm in a 2 leaf block house, with ducon slab, and insulation that dislikes any signals, so, I have cat5e everywhere, and lots of switches.
