    Unreal.

If it didn't start with a bit on the state of the oceans, rubbish/pollution/overfishing/acidity etc then it's a disservice and not worth looking at.

An excellent programme. That fish knowing how to use tools to eat was fascinating.

The section with the walrus and her cub was the highlight (or lowlight) for me.
And incredible bond between mother and cub.

I loved the walrus and her cub. The way she held it up when it was struggling to swim and then putting her fin over it at the end. I never knew they formed such a strong bond that they stay in contact for life. Wouldn't have expected that from a walrus...then again, never really thought about what I would expect from a walrus :P Although I did feel sorry for the mumma polar bear missing out on a meal for her babies :(

The giant trevelly fish though blew me away - the size of them and their mouths...they pretty much swallow those birds whole

The walrus section was so poignant, humans are ruining this planet at an exponential rate, it Is conceivable that in the not too distant future these species will have no natural habitat left thanks to us.

And the sad part is that they and other animals have no idea why. Our species does know and because we know we have the ultimate responsibility for every other species on the planet.

Hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanos were always there it seems and would destroy habitats previously used by all species but they had to adopt to new situations,I'm sure the world is ever changing during its existence.

That Barreleye fish was crazy looking. It was like something from a Sci-Fi film.

Nature is mad, animals that swim through boiling water and others that half pickle themselves just to get a bit of food to eat

I swear they made up half of last nights episode. A lake under the sea, a fish with a see through skull, squids eating each other. The ocean is an absolutely fascinating place who knows what else is hiding under there

I was just thinking of the film Deep Rising while watching.
I'm sure there's a lot more to discover apart from Atlantis. Though they did mention the Lost City
