    My take on this is..if it's a brand new shed you can reclaim VAT..if it is an existing shed you can't...better seek advice from accountant etc

    When you say existing shed, are you talking about replacing mats or are you talking about fiting new mats to a shed that previously didn't have them? If it's the former, then I'd agree it's a bit of a grey area and would need further advice, but if it's the latter, then I think they are definitely claimable.
