Hi wondering if any one could recommend a salon for both hair cut and colour, eyebrow shape, waxing and false nails gel/ acrylic ? Would ideally like to be able to go to one place for all.

Moved to the Cork City forum, I think you'll get better responses there

Can't think of one place I'd advise for all, but would have a few different individual salons I'd recommend for each service.

Alan Kevilles would be my pick for hair. They are in town, very reasonably priced and give excellent service, really good staff and give everyone the VIP treatment.

Fifth Avenue would be my choice for nails/waxing. They are extremely fast at what they do and their work is of great quality. Their staff aren't the friendliest (I find) and it can be a little like a cattle mart - they want people in and out as fast as possible. But they are highly efficient and excellently skilled so it suits me.

For eyebrows I'd recommend iBrow. They specialise in brows and are quite pricey but they truly are the best at what they do. I have gone to other, cheaper, salons every now and then over the years but can never achieve the same result they provide.

I also recommend Esthetica on Popes Quay for nails and beauty treatments. The two owners are former staff of 5th Avenue and are really good at what they do. Prices are on par with 5th Avenue (some treatments cheaper) but the athmosphere is much nicer and relaxing.

Seems like everyone I know currently are loving Goldirocks on Oliver Plunkett. Haven't been myself, but I think they only do hair.
