Can anyone advise me in the following situation.

My neighbour is claiming a prescribed ROW (from ussage and not on title) however they have only used it so far to access the rear of thier property by foot. Now they want to bring bins over it. Can it be stoped? Is a ROW by prescription limited to how you were using it or is it once you get it you use it for whatever?
