I've just chanced upon this thread on TZ - it's written by a member who works in one of the better Edinburgh jewellers (and he's a lovely chap to boot).

    http://forum.tz-uk.com/showthread.php?343173-WTB-EDINBURGH-WATCHES

It's been on my list for a while to pick up something like a fusee pocket watch either made by a Dublin watchmaker or at the very least with the name of a Dublin retailer on the dial. I've settled on fusee because it would be sufficiently different to the other pocket watches in my collection (I'm gradually picking my way through the complete GS/TP list) but I could easily seduced by any other obvious complication. I've also written off the chances of finding a wristwatch that could fit the bill but am open to ideas.

This is the sort of thing:

As this is only something that I've only recently decided to look into properly I'll be happy to watch a few months of Ebay auctions pass before I pounce.

So, top of the list is

    Gaydon

    Does anybody have any more?
