Two showers in a row problem

    Hi there,
I have a Triton T90SR, 6 months old, works fine, decent power, nice and hot.
The problem is, if somebody goes to have a shower within 30 mins of somebody else just after having a shower the water remains cold and does not heat up.
The only ways to resolve the issue are to either turn the temperature dial down from hot to cold a few times or turn the shower off and back on a few times and this will fix the issue, with the water heating up again.
Any ideas why the shower has this issue?

Ring triton 01 6286711 and they will replace the Tco under the 2 year warranty. With the bank holiday it could be Thursday or Friday next week before they get to you. It's a 5 minute job

We have the exact problem with our T90SR, I assumed it was an issue with this particular shower, we end up having to leave it on in the morning and have the next person lined up to jump in.

Good to know they would replace it. Would they fit it also or will we have to pay for that?

They will supply & fit it for free under the warranty.
Triton (Earthridge) are famous for their back up service and warranty.

Is there any regular service that I should be doing on my Triton shower or if working, just leave it be?

If you are in a high limescale area you can lengthen the life span of the element by running the shower on cold for 10 / 20 seconds after each shower. Most of the damage to the element happens when you turn the shower off. Heating can is full of hot water and the element although turned off continues to heat the water

There are no serviceable parts in an electric shower so just keep using it till it needs repairing or replacing
