Some texts not getting to me

    I have had several people text me in the past couple of weeks, some of the texts I have received but a lot I have not.  Can someone check to see what the problem is?

    Would you mind sending me a PM with the following information and I'll see what I can assist you with there?

    1.  Full registered name
    2.  Number & PIN
    3.  Exact time and date texts were sent to you that you didn't receive with their numbers
    (example)
    085****** - sent on the 27/10 at 15h24

    As you know you never received them, just ask the sender the exact information requested so this can be followed up.
