    Hi

    I was made redundant back in April

    Got a job contracting, good money and handy enough

    Got offered a full time role elsewhere, but it less gross but same net as I was on previously...except, previous role also included Pension and Healthcare

    The new offer doesn't have Pension or healthcare and that is a few hundred off my net...

    Was going to decline, but was trying to figure out if I should ask them for more or try to get them to add healthcare / Pension as an extra

    Thoughts?

    If you are going to decline at the current offer then its a no brainer to ask for more money.
