    There is a negative newspaper report about me on the web.

    Does anyone know if this can be removed if the owner of the website refuses to remove?

    Negative or untruthful, if it's untruthful there are ways of taking it down. If you don't like it and it's the truth that's going to be difficult.

    Ask Barbra streisand or Beyonce about that getting stuff off the internet they didn't like.
