I'm just wondering where can I report that a car has been clocked? Basically I was about to had over €5k today to a private seller and just decided to ring my friend to get a check done only to discover the mileage in 2014 was 109miles and today it's at 113miles so rang the guy and he said he had bought it in 2014 from a dealer but i dont believe that he didn't know it was clocked. I just don't want anyone else to get caught?

There’s no one to tell unless you buy the car yourself but now that you know its clocked you can’t buy it and then cry foul afterwards so basically forget about it and move on.

If the car is on donedeal report it and cite your reasons.
