    Hi,
I have a casio, with wave ceptor (gets the atomic clock signal). I found its battery running down alot.

So I would like a replacement, ideally:
    Digital
    wave ceptor/atomic signal
    solar power/solar topped up battery
    metal strap

Outside of a G-shock for €100, i dont see anything. With the G shock i feel I'm paying for the shock proof'ness - something I really do not need.

    Any ideas?

What is the exact model that you have, it should be on the back plate. Wave ceptor watches turn up quite often in, short time lenght, Amazon bargains, price goes up and down like a brazzers drawers..

I was keen on wave ceptor myself, but Casio budget daily beaters are quite accurate. I've used a Casio W-800H series watch for the last few years, I don't have anything negative to say about it.

    Just an idea.

EDIT: Apologies, my eyes skipped over the fact that you wanted a metal strap..

Really nice, only complaint, battery was iffy after one year ( i was used to 5 ), the atomic time failed to receive for no reason a few times, just fixed itself, same location all the time.
