I have a deposit account that I'm currently using to finance a house purchase  This account has a 30 day limit on it.  Is there any way to easily convert this into an on-demand deposit account so that the funds are available to me as required for this e.g. deposit payment?  I do not want to cause undue issues with my mortgage application by just moving it into my current account, or should I do this?

    Hi Red Alert,

Thanks for getting in contact with us here.

There would be two options available to you if you would like instant access to the money in this savings account. You could open a new Demand deposit account (and I've given a link here that you can use to do this) or you can transfer the money from your savings account in to your current account.

If you would like to discuss this with our mortgage specialists to see what would be the option for you can arrange a call back from them through this link here.

    Thanks again,
    Darren.
