Copy of contracts before to sign

    Hi,

    when purchasing an house, is it possible to ask the solicitor to provide a copy of the contract to go through it and read it before to sign it?

    I mean, without having to rush through it at the solicitor office.

    Yes.

    In reality, you need a solicitor in order to purchase the property anyway. You should address these questions that you have to your solicitor.

    The Solicitor should take you through the contract in practice.
