Laptop to play Sims4 - under €700?

Is it possible to find a laptop under €700 that will play Sims4? The Sims4 website says that really you need a Nvidia dedicated graphics card.
But that puts most laptops over the €1k mark. It's for a teenager, they want a laptop not a desktop.
From what I gather, the Sims4 game might start off ok with an integrated graphics card, but as you play the game, or add custom content, the demand for graphics increases and so you will get the bad lagging and/or distortion of the graphics?

Something like this will run it at ultra settings effortlessly for about €680 delivered to Ireland.

Has a small, but very fast, SSD drive though so many need an external drive also if plan to store a lot of movies/etc on it.

This laptop is the same price, but has a slower processor and graphics card but would still play the game at high/ultra and has loads of space - has an SSD and a HDD.
