Aggregate Consideration

    Can someone please tell me is Aggregate Consideration on Form CG1 the purchase price of sale of house less :

    Acquisition Costs (Legal Fees) say €1000

    Disposal Costs (Solicitor, Estate Agent fees) say €40000


    Enhancement Expenditure say. ( €5000)

    Total €10,000.


    House Purchase Price say. €150,000

    Less above costs of €10,000

    Equals the Aggregate Consideration of € 140,000
