    1. Clear board power by removing the mains plug and then holding the power button for 10 seconds
    TEST
    2. Clear CMOS by removing the mains and CMOS battery (watch) and holding the power for 10 seconds
    TEST
    3. Try with only one ram stick at a time in each of the slots (every combination), testing each time.

    Without doubt it's a faulty stick of ram.
