Hi, my husband and I want to borrow for a mortgage.  Is rental income from the North considered as income as well as salary? We are resident in Dublin. Thanks

    Hi Sleepy1,

Thanks for getting in contact with us here.

I can confirm that all of the incomings and out goings will be taken in to account when you're applying for mortgage.
You can apply for a mortgage online and I've given a link here that you can use to either apply for a mortgage or arrange a call back from one of our mortgage specialists to discuss this with you.

    Thanks again for your message.
    Darren.
