Hi guys, I need your help.
Hy guys. I need your help!

I painted my PCV house door but used the wrong paint (Ronseal garden paint for wood).
    The result is horrible, obviously.
Now I have been trying to take the paint off
    - scratching it
    - using soapy water
    - using white spirit.
The only one that works is scratching but I cannot scratch the curved parts without damaging them.
    Any suggestions?
I'd like to save the door instead of replacing it.

    Thank you!

What about just painting over it with a suitable paint?

There are companies that specialise in painting pvc

is the paint oil based or water based.

I would try pvc cleaner. get it from a local window manufacturer. its acetone or similar based. great stuff. it whould shift a fair bit

how about power washing it o
